Information about processing the data of the users of Saka Mõis OÜ webpage and the services it provides.
The present principles of data processing shall apply to the users of www.saka.ee webpage and the services described on the webpage.
Saka Mõis OÜ (hereinafter referred to as Saka Manor) processes personal data in accordance with the requirements established in the Tourism Act of the Republic of Estonia (more information: Tourism Act). In addition to that, we also collect data for marketing purposes. We can transfer your data to third parties only in cases established by law.
Data collection
Saka Manor collects contact details of people who make enquiries about our services, book services and use them. We do that via the webpage, by e-mail, phone, in the programs used for managing orders, and on paper forms that are required for providing relevant services.
Data usage
We use the obtained data to get in touch with the people that are interested in our services, to provide the services in accordance with the procedure established by law, to develop our services, for accounting purposes, and for sending out personalized and non-personalized marketing information. In addition to the above-mentioned, we use the information collected while communicating with people and providing services for statistical purposes.
Data storage
Saka Manor saves the data collected about people until the goal of data usage has been achieved, the claims arising from valid legal acts have expired, or the term of the storage of documents, arising from legal acts, has arrived (in accordance with the Value-Added Tax Act and the Accounting Act, up to 7 years). During data processing, we use all applicable safety measures in order to make sure that the data is only processed by authorized persons.
Data on the users of the webpage
Saka Manor uses the analytical software to monitor the behavior of webpage users. The data on users that we have collected is not personalized, and we process it using Google LLC (https://about.google/contact-google/) platforms. Such data is stored in accordance with Googler LLC privacy terms and conditions (https://safety.google/)
In addition to that, we collect data with the help of Facebook INC software (https://www.facebook.com/pg/facebook/about/?tab=page_info), and we use the information collected that way for marketing purposes.
